MOSCOW, June 23 (RIA Novosti) - Yukos does not intend to initiate bankruptcy proceedings on its own, Chairman of the Board Viktor Gerashchenko said at a general meeting of the company's stockholders today.
"We do not plan to initiate the bankruptcy of Yukos," he said.
