KOSTANAI (Kazakhstan), July 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev has ordered the establishment of a group to investigate today's blast in Makhachkala, the capital of Daghestan, a Russian republic bordering on Chechnya.
"The group is headed by Yury Demidov, the deputy head of the ministry's department for fighting organized crime," said the ministry.
The group members flew for Daghestan at 7 p.m. Moscow time.
"Efforts are being made in Makhachkala to track down the perpetrators of the terrorist attack," said the ministry.
