The press service of the Logistic Services of the Russian Armed Forces reported that the exercises involved Su-24 bombers, which simulated the attacks.
The aim of the event was to check how ready logistic units were to fulfill missions to receive fuel in combat conditions, the press service said.
Using special equipment, servicemen mounted a 40-kilometer-long field pipeline for the transportation of fuel through a water obstacle.
It is the first time that such exercises, which are involving more than 3,500 people, have been conducted in Siberia.
Wednesday, the final day of the exercises, will see medics provide aid to casualties, engineers work to restore bridges, and will also see logistic equipment tested.
The preliminary stage of the three-day exercises took place in Moscow on Monday.
