VATICAN, July 10 (RIA Novosti, Nikita Barashev) - Pope Benedict XVI denounced repugnant terrorist actions in London. During a traditional Sunday blessing in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican City, the Pope said that the tragedy echoed a deep pain in his heart and the hearts of all people.
The Pope called on all the faithful to pray for the victims of the bomb attacks in London.
Benedict XVI also told the attackers, "God loves life and not death. Stop in the name of God."
