MOSCOW, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - Igor Artemyev, the head of Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Agency, said Tuesday that the agency might make a decision on a request made by French petroleum giant Total to acquire a share block in Novatek, an independent natural gas producer, in early August 2006.
"Novatek said its restructuring would be completed within two or three weeks. We will be able to make our decision on Total's bid then," Artemyev said.
