MOSCOW, July 15 (RIA Novosti) - Second-stage engine failure is most likely to blame for the Molniya-M rocket crash on June 21, authorities said Friday.
"A careful analysis of telemetric data and ballistic information on the rocket's flight and simulated flight versions showed that the rocket had most probably suffered from second-stage failure."
