GROZNY, July 19 (RIA Novosti) - Fourteen people, including 8 policemen, one passport office head and one child riding a bicycle were killed in a UAZ police vehicle bombing in Chechnya's Znamenskoye settlement, local police said Tuesday. Twenty people were injured in the blast. They are being transported to hospitals in here and in Mozdok in North Ossetia. The vehicle was said to have been fired at from a VAZ-2199 car before the explosion.
