* The two-day rock festival The Wings will start at the Tushino airfield in northwestern Moscow.
* A potato festival dedicated to the 240th anniversary of the potato's spread in Russia will be held in the Gorky Park in central Moscow for the first time. The festival will be made annual and nationwide.
