* A delegation of the Russian Audit Chamber headed by its chairman Sergei Stepashin will arrive in Norway on an official visit (July 25-29). Stepashin is scheduled to meet with heads of the Norwegian State Oil Fund which helps promote the socio-economic stability of the country.

* Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha will attend a top-level conference with heads of regional and non-governmental organizations on the topic, the UN partnership with regional organization for a safer world at the UN headquarters (July 25-26).
VIENTIANE
* The 38th conference of ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) foreign ministers, their meetings with partners, including Russia, and the 12th ASEAN regional security forum will be held as part of the ASEAN session.
