BEIJING, July 25 (RIA Novosti) - Chinese builders will construct Europe's tallest skyscraper in Moscow. A ceremony for the signing of the Russian-Chinese construction agreement was held at the Russian embassy in China Monday.
The construction of an 87-story tower of the two-tower Federation complex in the Russian business center, Moscow City, is expected to begin in November 2005 and be completed by October 2007. The contract, signed with a Chinese corporation, is estimated at $58 million. The project's total price tag is $530 million.
The agreement will be the largest construction contract in the history of Russian-Chinese relations.
