BRUSSELS, July 26 (RIA Novosti, Alexander Shishlo) - The European Commission worked out proposals on strengthening control over bank transfers within European Union borders to cut off terrorists from their financial sources.

According to a source in the European Commission press service, relevant EU institutions approved the draft project.
