MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - State Duma Deputy Alexander Khinstein, who sent an inquiry to the Prosecutor General's Office that started the so-called Kasyanov's investigation, is now making inquires about a country house that belongs to CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Rushailo.

"I wonder where did he get the money to buy his posh country house in Arkhangelskoe in the Moscow region," Khinstein said adding that it was a daunting task for a person with a "modest salary" of a state official.

The deputy said that he had already sent an inquiry to the Registration Chamber about the details of the purchase.

Rushailo apparently bought the house before he was appointed to his current post, he added. Before his new appointment Rushailo was secretary of the Security Council and earlier occupied the post of interior minister.

"After receiving the answer from the Registration Chamber, I will send an inquiry to tax authorities," Khinstein said.

He did not reveal the names of other officials from the first Russian President Boris Yeltsin's entourage who will potentially become targets of his future inquiries. He only mentioned that there were several "candidates from the Family (Yeltsin's close associates).

The Kasyanov case that was opened after Khinstein's inquiry deals with law violations during the purchase of a land parcel by the former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov. He is accused of making an illegal purchase of the state residence Sosnovka-1.
