URGENT: Putin forced to switch planes on leaving Finland due to technical fault

TURKU (FINLAND), August 2 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has been forced to switch to a back-up airplane on leaving Finland due to a technical fault.

While the plane was being led onto the runway, a technical fault was discovered. The captain then decided to move the president to a reserve airplane.
