BEIJING, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - The parties to the six-nation talks on the Korean nuclear problem have failed to agree upon all the issues on the fourth round agenda, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alekseyev, the head of the Russian delegation, said Saturday.
"Therefore, the Chinese side will announce recess in the fourth round during the plenary session tomorrow" to allow the parties coordinate the unresolved issues in their capitals, he said.
All the delegations involved in the talks want to resume the fourth round in Beijing as soon as possible, Alekseyev added.
