MOSCOW, August 8 (RIA Novosti) - The Standards & Poor's international ratings agency raised Russian oil giant LUKoil's outlook from "stable" to "positive", confirming its "BB" long-term credit rating.
According to a news release from the agency on Monday, the review was made after S&P analyzed the company's performance in 2004.
