TEHRAN, August 10 (RIA Novosti, Nikolai Terekhov) -- Iran is ready to continue unconditional talks with the European Troika, the UK, France and Germany, an Iranian official said Wednesday. "Iran is willing to continue dialogue with the EU Troika, although we will not accept any preliminary conditions, for instance, the suspension of research in the area of peaceful nuclear technologies and the development of a full nuclear fuel cycle," said Sirus Nasseri, head of Iranian Nuclear Negotiating Team.
"Iran has been disappointed after two years of negotiations with the EU Troika and waiting for possible incentives from the EU," he said.
According to Nasseri, IAEA experts have installed all necessary inspection devices at the Isfahan nuclear facility and IAEA equipment seals there will be removed Wednesday.
The emergency session of the IAEA Board of Governors, meeting on the initiative of the Troika, also known as the Big Three, to discuss the Iranian "nuclear dossier" will continue in Vienna Wednesday.
According to local experts, if the board passes a firm anti-Iranian resolution, Tehran could retaliate with the resumption of its uranium enrichment program at a nuclear facility in Natanz.
Tehran maintains that the EU does not want to recognize that it has the right, as a country that respects all agreements on nuclear proliferation, to develop peaceful nuclear technologies.
The EU cautions against the emergence of more world nuclear powers.
