MAKHACHKALA, August 13 (RIA Novosti, Dekabr Beibutov) - A weapons and ammunition cache has been discovered and destroyed in Dagestan (north Caucuses), the Russian Interior Ministry reported.
The ministry's press service in the Dagestan Republic said that a weapons cache had been discovered on Saturday evening by local police in the Buynaksk District (in the center of the republic).
The cache included 11 grenades, six full AK-47 magazines, an anti-tank hand grenade, and a grenade launcher.
The cache was found during an ongoing wide-scale special operation in the republic, through which ten weapons caches have already been found and destroyed, the press service said.
