MOSCOW, August 22 (RIA Novosti) - The Federal Agency for Industry will draft a plan within 24 hours to remove all IL-96-300 defects, agency head Boris Alyoshin said Monday.
"We must identify the defect in these planes," he said. "We are working from the premise that the given planes have manufacturing defects (in the braking system)."
