MOSCOW, August 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russia may make new proposals on the early repayment of its foreign debt by the end of 2005, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said Thursday.
He did not specify the sum to be repaid, adding that the payment would not be made to the Paris Club of Creditor Nations.
