MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - About 30 soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry's special forces have died in Chechnya and Daghestan since the beginning of 2005, the commander of the Interior Ministry's troops said Monday.
According to Colonel General Nikolai Rogozhkin, 10,000 men currently serve in the ranks.
"The contingent successfully accomplishes all its objectives," the general said.
