CAIRO, August 30 (RIA Novosti, Igor Kuznetsov) - The Egyptian capital will hold events celebrating the Day of Russia on Tuesday.
Representatives of the Women's International Peace Movement, which is led by Suzanne Mubarak, the wife of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, and 130 Egyptian children are scheduled to visit the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Cairo to meet with their Russian peers.
The Egyptian delegation is also scheduled to visit two RIA Novosti photo exhibitions, Russian-Egyptian Relations, and Russia Today. The children will also see an exhibition of children's drawings and a concert organized by center's studios, and will watch Russian animated films.
The event has been organized by Suzanne Mubarak's organization as part of its World Through Children's Eyes initiative.
