MOSCOW, September 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia and Ukraine have never interrupted talks on the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the Crimea, a senior Russian diplomat said Thursday.
Valery Loshchinin, Russia's first deputy foreign minister, said the sides had been discussing this issue in the framework of previously signed agreements.
"The issue of navigation also requires further discussion," he said.
