MOSCOW, September 5 (RIA Novosti) - The bird flu virus has been confirmed in 45 Russian villages, and 80 villages are still being tested for the virus as of September 5, Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Inspection reported Monday.
According to the agency, the situation in Russia's Siberian regions, including the Altai territory, and the Tyumen, Kurgan, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, and Novosibirsk regions, did not change over the weekend.
