MOSCOW, September 5 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Emergencies Ministry said Monday that it was preparing a relief aid package for survivors of the devastating floods caused by Hurricane Katrina in the southern U.S. Coast.
Ministry officials said the package included food, blankets and tents to be delivered by three Il-76 jets.
