TUAPSE (Krasnodar Region), September 6 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday the salaries of workers in the health and education sectors would increase in Q1 2006.
"Relevant funds have already been earmarked in the budget, and the parliament will have to distribute them among the sectors," Putin told reporters from his Kavkaz yacht.
Putin said that the programs he spoke about on Monday in the spheres of education, healthcare, housing construction, and agriculture would be overseen by the related ministries and Kremlin officials.
