KIEV, September 9 (RIA Novosti) -Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has summoned all governors to Kiev, the press office of the Lviv regional administration reported Friday.
A meeting with the president will begin at 3:00 p.m. Kiev time (12:00 p.m. GMT), the press office said.
