KIEV, September 9 (RIA Novosti) - The state secretary of Ukraine, Oleh Rybachuk, told a news conference Friday that he would reveal President Viktor Yushchenko's declaration of his income, the Novosti-Ukraina agency reported.
Rybachuk said that the authorities had given people grounds to criticize them, and no one was excluded.
The state secretary said Yushchenko had confirmed he was willing to publish the declaration.
