NARZAN, September 10 (RIA Novosti) - Bomb-disposal experts have disabled a home-made explosive device discovered by police on the outskirts of Narzan, in the Russian republic of Ingushetia, North Caucasus, local police reported Saturday.
The explosive device, which was found by police Friday, consisted of two 120 mm artillery shells, a battery pack, a radio transmitter, and electric cables, the police said.
