BERLIN, September 13 (RIA Novosti, Olga Semenova) - Russia has sent more than $10 million to Afghanistan in technical aid in the past three years, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said Tuesday.
Speaking about the involvement of Russian troops in peacekeeping operations, he said "there were other forms of participation in peacekeeping operations, including political, military and technical aid and others."
