MOSCOW, September 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russian budget revenues made up 3.234 trillion rubles ($113.47 billion, or €93.74 billion) in January-August 2004, a 19% growth on the eight-month budget roster, the Finance Ministry reported.
Expenses were 2.4836 trillion rubles ($87.14 billion, or €71.99 billion), or 94% on the budget roster.
Budget surplus hit 750.4 billion rubles, with the cash surplus coming at 1.1678 trillion rubles ($40.98 billion, or €33.85 billion).
The initial surplus was 1.3204 trillion rubles ($46.33 billion, or €38.27 billion).
