MOSCOW, September 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russia hopes to win the tender for the construction of the third and fourth power units of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Nuclear Power Alexander Rumyantsev said Wednesday.
Speaking about Russia's participation in international peaceful nuclear projects, Rumyantsev said that cooperation with China, in particular, had no political limits and in 7-10 years China on its own would lead the way in national nuclear energy development.
Rumyantsev said cooperation with India on the construction of two nuclear power units did not mean that Russia would build the third and fourth power units.
He said political reasons were obstructing further full cooperation with India in the peaceful nuclear sphere.
