MOSCOW, September 22 (RIA Novosti) - Real salaries in Russia have reached the same level they were at just before the 1998 economic crisis and are expected in 2006 to reach 1990s levels, Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin told parliament's lower house Thursday.
"Next year, we will reestablish them at their 1990 levels," Kudrin said.
