WASHINGTON, September 27 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's economics minister said parties involved in talks on the country's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) under way in Washington had overcome many of their differences.
"I can say we have reached agreement on practically all issues on the bilateral agenda and on standard trade issues," German Gref said. "And we have come close to making considerable progress in settling disputes over Russia's accession to the WTO."
