MOSCOW, September 28 (RIA Novosti) - Gazprom board of directors decided Wednesday to increase its 2005 investment program by 92.4 billion rubles ($3.23 billion) to the level of 305 billion rubles ($10.68 billion), the company's press release said.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Russian natural gas monopoly said it was buying 72.7% of Sibneft oil major for $13.1 billion.
