LONDON, October 4 (RIA Novosti)-An aide to the Russian president said Tuesday that an agreement on visa facilitation and readmission between Russian and the European Union could be signed by the end of the year.
Sergei Yastrzhembsky said experts had virtually completed their work on the agreement.
"I think the documents will be signed this year," the aide said.
