MOSCOW, October 6 (RIA Novosti)-Russian Minister of Trade and Economic Development German Gref said Thursday that the country was intending to complete negotiations on its accession to the World Trade Organization by the end of the year.
"If this objective is achieved, then we will have the opportunity to complete all the accession procedures next year," the minister said.
