MOSCOW, October 10 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Yelena Likhovtseva defeated Monday her compatriot Vera Dushevina in three sets 3:6, 6:2, 7:5 in Russia's premier tennis tournament, the Kremlin Cup.
Likhovtseva will play the winner of the match between Russia's Anna Chakvetadze and Patty Schnyder from Switzerland in the second round of the $1,300,000 tournament.
