NAZRAN, October 10 (RIA Novosti) - A powerful explosive device was found Monday in Ingushetia, a Russian constituent republic in the North Caucasus, police said.
"A powerful explosive device packed in a plastic bag was found near a shop on the Kavkaz federal highway, not far from Nazran," a police source said.
The source said all relative services were sent to the bomb site to neutralize the device.
