MOSCOW, October 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government is set to consider a bill limiting access for foreign companies to strategic deposits and enterprises October 13, the deputy natural resources minister said Monday.
Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khrisrenko and Natural Resources Minister Yury Trutnev will deliver reports on the bill, drafted by their ministries, Valentin Stepankov said.
He said the government would also consider a list of criteria for strategic deposits.
