MOSCOW, October 11 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Dinara Safina advanced Tuesday to the second round of the Kremlin Cup after defeating Silvia Farina Elia of Italy in two sets 6:1, 7:5.
Safina will play against Australia's Samantha Stosur, who defeated her compatriot Alicia Molik in the first round of Russia's premier tennis tournament.
