MOSCOW, October 17 (RIA Novosti) - A Russian Emergency Situations Ministry plane with humanitarian aid on board left Moscow Monday for earthquake-hit Pakistan, a ministry spokesman said. The cargo plane will deliver to Islamabad about a metric ton of medicines, along with 4,000 blankets, four tons of sugar, four tons of flour, tents, portable generators, and folding beds, the ministry said.
