MOSCOW, October 25 (RIA Novosti) - Vneshtorgbank, Russia's state-owned bank that services Russia's foreign trade, announced Tuesday it had formed an emission syndicate to place the fifth issue of its bonds worth 15 billion rubles ($524 million).
The syndicate comprises Vneshekonombank, Gazprombank, Petrokommerst Bank, the Bank for Industrial Construction, Nomos-Bank, Citigroup, Soyuz Bank, AMRO Bank, ING Bank (Eurasia), KIT Finance Investment Bank, the International Moscow Bank, the Russian Development Bank, Alfa Bank, Raiffeisen Bank (Austria), and Bank Tsentrokredit.
The bonds will be placed through open subscription on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) October 27, 2005. The bonds circulation period is eight years.
