MOSCOW, October 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Federal Service for Financial Markets approved requirements for the financial status and business reputation of participants of credit history bureaus, the service said in a statement Thursday.
The provision envisages a list of documents to be submitted to the service to confirm the participants' financial status and business reputation.
Individuals and companies that have been held responsible for violations of laws on banking, commercial, official and/or tax secrets, as well as those brought to administrative account for entrepreneurial offenses, cannot be members of the bureaus.
