MOSCOW, October 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Indian Foreign Minister Natwar Singh meet in the Russian capital Friday to discuss preparations for the upcoming Russian-Indian summit.
"We are conducting political dialogue in all areas in advance of the summit with President [Vladimir] Putin and the Prime Minister of India [Dr. Manmohan Singh], which will take place in a month," Lavrov said at the beginning of the meeting.
Singh said a few unresolved issues remained to be addressed, but expressed confidence that the problems would be solved by the beginning of December.
