HELSINKI, October 28 (RIA Novosti) - Norway could release two ships arrested in its territorial waters Friday, the deputy governor of Spitsbergen said Friday.

"Lawyers are currently looking at the matter," Rune Bard Hansen said. "I hope it will be solved by the end of the day."
