TBILISI, November 1 (RIA Novosti) - The Georgian Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that despite Russia's unconstructive position on the Georgian plan for Georgian-South Ossetian conflict settlement, it would proceed to implement certain parts of the plan.

The ministry said it had summoned Russia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vladimir Chkhikvishvili Tuesday to explain a recent statement by Co-Chairman of the Joint Control Commission for the Conflict Resolution Ambassador-at-Large Valery Kenyaikin, who had said Georgia's plan, as presented by Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli October 27 at an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) conference in Vienna, was unrealistic and demonstrated an uncompromising position.
