KIEV, November 2 (RIA Novosti, Taras Burnos) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko will make an address to parliament on January 23, 2006, a year after his inauguration.
At a conference Wednesday, attended by presidential advisers, representatives of non-governmental organizations, and think tanks, the content of the address was discussed, the president's press service said.
In the address, Yushchenko will outline his country's development strategy and national tasks for 2006.
