ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - Federal authorities could appoint their own financial managers in some of the economically troubled regions, presidential envoy in the Southern Federal District Dmitry Kozak said Thursday.
Kozak said such measures could be introduced in two years from now in five subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Koryak autonomous region, Ingushetia, and Chechnya.
