MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - Members of the Russian parliament's lower house, the State Duma, said Thursday that the presidential nomination of Central Bank Chairman Sergei Ignatyev, whom they greatly esteem, to a second term would most likely be approved in an upcoming vote.
Ignatyev has been head of the Central Bank since March 20, 2002.
