MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's gold and foreign currency reserves totaled $164.971 billion on November 1, up 32.46% from the beginning of the year, the Central Bank of Russia said Thursday. On January 1 the reserves held $124.541 billion.
